Remote Support is now available - especially for those with a tight schedule, those that don't have a few hours together, to devote to resolving computer problems.

I have started a pilot support program for Broadband and DSL subscribers, simply called: OTECH-CONNECT.

With this service, troubleshooting can be done at your leisure. Unless offered at no charge, billable times are in 15 minute increments after your first 30 minutes, so you'll never get less than your moneys worth.

There is nothing to install, and the only thing that remains on your PC, is the .exe file that you downloaded. Feel free to delete it, but you'll need to re-download it for future support.

How OTECH-CONNECT WORKS:

By merely downloading a single executable (.exe file), a technician can remotely control your computer, negating the costs of a house-call.

The application you download and run, will place a support request to my office. This is a huge time saver, as it eliminates the need for those users that have Routers - to need to re-configure them.

Once connected, sit back and enjoy the show. The mouse will be moving on its own and I will be in control.

Click HERE to download the executable, called: "otech-connect.exe", and save it to your: "Desktop."

Once downloaded, double-click on the file. You will be prompted to Accept a "User Agreement" of sorts.

Please read it and choose either "Accept" or "Decline".
